A person's sexuality is multifaceted and can encompass not only a biological form, but an emotional state as well. Sex therapy involves a wide range of sexual topics, including exploring one's gender, sexual anxiety, sexual physical pain, and/or challenges communicating with your partner. We can navigate these matters together in a safe environment.
Couples therapy offers an opportunity to address communication issues, your sexual relationship, infidelity, stages of life challenges, or anything else you and your partner would like to explore.
